How do you go from a renter to an owner of a condominium?

The process can be relatively simple to many or it can be a tremendously scary venture to undertake for others. Understanding this, we have created classes that help people ease their way into the buying process. TRIO (Turning Renters into Owners) classes are held monthly, on the first Saturday of each month at a hotel in the Chicagoland area. The classes start at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. You’ll learn many things including:
